Head of Chase Travel Servicing and Operations, JPMorganChase

Leonor (Leo) Spinelli is the Head of Chase Travel Servicing and Operations within JPMorganChase’s Consumer and Community Banking Connected Commerce division. In this capacity, Leo leads a global team of more than 3,000 employees whose work spans the entire customer journey.

 

Her organization includes frontline travel advisors who directly impact the customer experience, as well as mid-and-back office and financial operations that ensure seamless support behind the scenes. Leo also oversees advocacy and readiness teams dedicated to uplifting and optimizing the customer experience at every touchpoint. As the location leader for the Orlando Corporate Center, she fosters a culture of collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence, ensuring that Chase Travel customers receive outstanding service worldwide.

 

Before joining JPMorganChase in late 2021, Leo spent 22 years at American Express Travel & Lifestyle, where she held a variety of strategic and operational leadership roles. Her extensive background in travel operations and customer experience has been instrumental in shaping high-performing teams and delivering transformative results. Leo’s career is marked by her ability to inspire others, foster growth, and champion best-in-class service.

 

Born in Union City, New Jersey and raised in Miami, Leo is proud of her Cuban American heritage and values the importance of culture and community. She is recognized for her authentic leadership style, her dedication to building strong relationships, and her passion for helping others succeed. Leo brings energy, empathy, and a spirit of collaboration to every aspect of her work, creating an environment where people feel valued and empowered to achieve their best.

 

Leo holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Barry University in Miami, Florida.
