Advisory Board Bio – Ashley Jarocki

Ashley Jarocki is a veteran of Talent Acquisition and Recruitment and is one of five original Partners of NextPath Career Partners started in 2018. Throughout the four years of growth, NextPath has been the recipient of several awards including 2019 Perm Placements award, Small Business of the Year finalist, 2022 Fast 50 Awards (No. 3 ranked), and was recently named to Golden 100 for privately held businesses by Orlando Business Journal.

Jarocki is also a Co – Creator of the Live Bold & Boss Up Podcast, which was established in 2020. Live Bold and Boss Up Podcast was designed and created to strive to educate and elevate while having fun doing it!  She shares challenges and successes of her own and invite other business savvy guests to weigh in on some of the topics. The podcast has released over 100 episodes and has welcomed guests including serial entrepreneur Mayor Jane Castor, millionaire-at-15-years-old Cameron Johnson, and the CEO of ARK Invest, Cathie Wood.

Jarocki has been a Board of Fellow for the University of Tampa since 2021 and serves as co-chair of the social committee, as well as sitting on the Athletic Board for the 22-23 Academic Year.  She is a previous board member of the Recruiting Networking Group (RNG), and a supporter of Think Big for Kids charity and Metropolitan Ministries and Redefining Refuge.

Jarocki graduated from the University of South Florida with an International Business Studies Degree.  She is also Alumni NFL Cheerleader Captain, Alumni NHL Cheerleader Captain and Alumni AFL Cheerleader and Captain.  She resides in Tampa with her husband Tim, 2 kids Madilyn (10) and TJ (7).
