Andrew Finkelstein is an Orlando-based partner with the international law firm Foley & Lardner and a member of the firm's Transactions Practice Group. He has extensive experience successfully representing clients in a broad range of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, leveraged buyouts, venture capital financings, joint ventures, and other direct investments. Andrew represents clients in a wide variety of industries, including banking and financial services, telecommunications, software and technology, clean technology, consumer finance, manufacturing, distribution, consumer products, real estate, hospitality, restaurant chains, and health care.

 

Andrew and his family are long-time residents of Orlando. He has played an active role in many Central Florida organizations, including several leadership roles with the Historical Society of Central Florida, culminating in his tenure as Chairman and serving on the Rollins College Hamilton Holt School board. He also was a Rally Maker and Mentor for the Rally Social Enterprise Accelerator.

 

Andrew obtained his Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Florida. He also received his Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law, where he served on the Stetson Law Review.
