With nearly 20 years of healthcare leadership experience, Katy Eld currently serves as Senior Market Manager at Oscar Health, where she leads regional strategies to drive membership growth, provider engagement, and community partnerships. Previously, Katy held progressive leadership roles at Florida Blue, focusing on market development, vendor management, and provider relations.

Eld is passionate about building strong community relationships and advancing initiatives that improve access, quality, and affordability in healthcare. She has also served as a board member for the Greater Orlando Sports Commission and United Against Poverty, further demonstrating her commitment to community impact.
