EVP & Co-Head of Sports, Ticketmaster

Clay Luter joined Ticketmaster in May 1988 and brings over 30 years of industry experience in a variety of executive management and strategic leadership roles within the company.  As EVP & Co-Head of Sports for Ticketmaster, Luter oversees all aspects of the company’s sports business for this operating division that includes the National Football League, Major League Baseball, Major League Soccer, college athletics, NASCAR, PGA Tour and other marquee sport leagues and organizations.

 

Ticketmaster has continued to revolutionize the industry’s approach to technology and fan engagement, particularly around the use of mobile tools to extend and enhance the live event experience. Luter has assisted with these innovative initiatives and led the transformation of the company’s client-facing sales and support organization to best serve an evolving industry and consumer expectations.

 

Luter creates value by leading a dedicated team, incorporating industry-leading technologies, and implementing best practices that drive proven results for Ticketmaster’s client partners.  Prior to assuming his current post, Luter previously served as Senior Vice President for Ticketmaster’s Stadium, Outdoor and College Sports segment and before that he served as Regional Vice President based in Dallas, Texas.

 

Luter is based in Ticketmaster’s Orlando office and resides in Lake Nona, Florida with his wife Sarah. They have two children – Carson (27) and Maggie (24) who both reside in Orlando.
