Dr. Joy trains higher education faculty and companies on cultural competency and emotional intelligence. Dr. Joy is well known in the coaching and speaking realm with partnerships on the Oprah Winfrey Network. She works closely with thought leaders such as Iyanla Vanzant to equip world leaders, business owners, and hard-working men and women with the tools to overcome fear and walk in purpose.
