
Sarah Nemes is the Regional Director for External & Legislative Affairs for AT&T in Central Florida, overseeing government affairs, regulatory compliance, and economic development opportunities. Sarah also strengthens key chamber relationships and supports critical permit processes across Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Lake, Sumter, Brevard, and Indian River counties.
Sarah recently served as the Corporate External Affairs Director for United Parks and Resorts (formerly SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment), where she played a pivotal role in managing external relations for the company’s 12 parks across five states. Before joining United Parks and Resorts, Sarah was the Director of Public Affairs for Embrace Families, a leading community-based care organization serving families in Central Florida's Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties. Her career also includes a role at The Southern Group’s Orlando office, following her tenure as Senior Aide to former District 4 Orange County Commissioner Jennifer Thompson. Sarah has a strong background in higher education governance, having served as a board liaison for the University of Central Florida’s Board of Trustees.
In her current position, Sarah represents the company on several influential boards, including Tiger Bay Club of Central Florida, Orlando Science Center, Central Florida Hotel Lodging Association’s PAC/PC, and numerous regional chambers of commerce in Central Florida and the Space Coast.
Sarah holds a bachelor’s degree in health services administration from the University of Central Florida, with a minor in Health Information Management.
