Advisory Board Bio – Jeff Osterman

Jeff Osterman serves as Director of Development at Montverde Academy, an independent, international college preparatory school serving boarding, day, and postgraduate students from more than 90 countries.

In his role, Osterman leads the Academy's comprehensive fundraising efforts, building philanthropic support that advances strategic priorities and strengthens the institution's long-term financial sustainability. He also serves as Executive Director of the Montverde Academy Athletic Booster Club, overseeing fundraising initiatives and corporate partnerships that enhance the student-athlete experience and elevate the Academy's nationally recognized athletic brand.

Before joining Montverde Academy, Osterman spent 28 years as a collegiate women's basketball coach at every level of higher education, including Wichita State University, the University of South Florida, Fordham University, and the College of Central Florida. He compiled a 175-35 head coaching record, was named Mid-Florida Coach of the Year four times, coached 21 All-Americans, and helped develop numerous WNBA and international professional players.

A graduate of Siena College with a B.S. in Marketing and Management, Osterman serves on the Board of Directors for the South Lake Chamber of Commerce and has previously served on YMCA, WBCA, NJCAA, and NCAA committees. He is also a frequent speaker on leadership, branding, fundraising, and athletics. He lives in Lake County, Florida, with his wife, Kristin, and their son, JC.
