Advisory Board Bio – Scott Ruberto

Scott Ruberto is the President and Owner of Neoguard Pest Solution Services Inc. He has been dedicated to his career in the pest control industry for over 30 years. His company was founded in 2000 and has been a leader in the pest control industry throughout the state of Florida.

Scott began his career working for an international commercial pest elimination company. He has earned many accolades including the distinguished President's Cup for top sales.

Scott is an active member in the Central Florida business community. Neoguard Pest Solution Services joined the Greater Orlando Sports Commission corporate partner network in 2020 and has been a corporate partner with the Orlando Solar Bears for the last 7 years. His company also works with organizations like FPMA, CPCO, CFHLA and Give Kids The World.

Scott enjoys his time fishing, hiking, and spending quality time with his wife, 15 year old son and 13 year old daughter.
