Dan grew up in a suburb north of Boston, graduated from Plymouth State University in New Hampshire in 1992, and began his career at what is now Enterprise Mobility in December of 1992.

Nearly every employee at Enterprise starts as a Management Trainee with the goal of rising through the ranks of the 100% promote from within culture.

After two years Dan became a Branch Manager, four years an Area Manager, 10 years a Regional Manager, and 13 years a Regional Vice President – all in the Boston market.

In 2008, Dan had the opportunity for a promotion to Orlando as Vice President of Airports for Central Florida. Dan served in that role for close to six years before getting promoted to oversee operations in Wisconsin as General Manager/Vice President.  After five years in Wisconsin, Dan had the opportunity to lead the Michigan market and after four years there was promoted back to Orlando where he has been for the last 15 months.

All in, Dan’s career with Enterprise Mobility spans 32 years in four different markets nationwide.  As GM/VP, Dan oversees over 50 locations in Central Florida for both car and truck operations, three retail car dealerships, Commute with Enterprise, and the administrative teams who support these operations.

Dan is a husband to wife Teresa who just earned her master’s in counseling from Northwestern University. They are parents to four children: Matt is on the Finance Team at the Gaylord Palms, Mary Cate is a first-grade teacher at Westbrook Elementary School in Ocoee, Ellie is an entrepreneur living in New England, and Ty is in the 9th grade playing for the Junior Solar Bears Hockey team.

Dan looks to bring his expertise from the transportation and mobility world to the Board as well as his leadership and engagement to help achieve the mission of the Greater Orlando Sports Commission.
