Before founding Rocket Chimp, Randy built a solid foundation in the industry through a successful 12+ year tenure at EA SPORTS. There, he excelled in roles focused on strategic planning, go-to-market execution, and partnership marketing, where he was instrumental in launching major initiatives that bolstered EA SPORTS presence and influence in the sports and gaming world. Prior to his time at EA, Randy gained valuable experience in the entertainment and hospitality sectors, holding key strategic marketing positions with iconic brands like Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, and Hard Rock Cafe.
