Advisory Board Bio – Asia McMillan

Results-driven marketing professional, entrepreneur, philanthropist, and native of Orlando, FL., Asia McMillan advocates for representation for the next generation.

Earning her Bachelor of Science in Sports Marketing and Media from Full Sail University and Master of Professional Studies in Sports Industry Management from Georgetown University, she continuously supports the sports industry, exploring her passion for sports business, marketing, and philanthropy.

Throughout her professional and entrepreneurial career, Asia has held many significant roles, including Marketing Director for the NFL Alumni Association Central Florida Chapter; Multimedia Manager for the Amateur Athletic Union; Director of Marketing for C-Town Sports Agency; and the founder and investor of multiple companies and programs centered around sports business and philanthropy. However, Asia has stated that her most accomplished role is being the best daughter and caregiver she can be to her mother.

Currently, Asia divides her time as the Marketing and Communication Manager for Quest, Inc. and her philanthropic work as Founder/President of BeyondFour Foundation Inc., where her mission is to empower, impact, and transform communities through sports and STEM programs.

Asia believes that whenever you open your hand to give, you also open your hand to receive. With that belief in mind, Asia aims to produce successful strategies that provide quality results for underrepresented individuals and communities.
