Advisory Board Bio – Anne-Marie Hayward

Anne-Marie Hayward serves as Vice President of Growth and Development at JCQ Services, where she leads strategic initiatives focused on business expansion, organizational performance, and leadership development. She brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience across media, professional services, and real estate.

Prior to joining JCQ, Anne-Marie served as Market President and Publisher of the Orlando Business Journal, where she led cross-functional teams and oversaw revenue strategy, operations, and executive engagement throughout the Central Florida business community.

Before her role in media leadership, Anne-Marie held several senior leadership positions in real estate and played a key role in launching the Mark Spain Real Estate brand in Florida. She also founded Coached By Design, a consulting firm specializing in leadership development, sales performance, and organizational effectiveness. Through this firm she delivered customized training and coaching programs for organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 1000 companies, including Keller Williams, Exit Realty, RE/MAX, United Way, and American Medical Response.

Anne-Marie is actively engaged in the Central Florida business community and serves on several boards, including the Greater Orlando Sports Commission, Visit Orlando, and the Advisory Board of the Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership at UCF. She has volunteered with United Way for more than two decades and has supported Special Olympics since childhood.

She has been married to her husband Jeff for 25 years, and they have four children: Emily, Nathaniel, Victoria, and Abigail.
