With over 16 years of leadership in the hospitality and food & beverage industry, Geovanny Berríos has built a distinguished career developing award-winning dining and entertainment experiences across top U.S. markets including Los Angeles, Miami, Naples, Washington D.C., and his native Puerto Rico. As the Opening Director of Stadium Club at Caribe Royale Orlando, he led the launch of a $15 million, sports and entertainment venue, now recognized as one of Orlando’s premier destinations for sports fans and social gatherings.

 

Prior to Stadium Club, Berríos managed elite culinary operations for The Ritz-Carlton, Hilton Hotels, SLS Hotels, 1 Hotels, and Chef José Andrés’ ThinkFoodGroup, opening and overseeing several high-profile restaurants nationwide. His strategic expertise in operations, marketing, brand development, technology, and guest experience has consistently driven record-breaking revenues and earned industry accolades, including Orlando Magazine’s Best Service Restaurant Award in 2021.

 

Berríos brings a visionary perspective to the Orlando sports and hospitality community bridging entertainment, tourism, and local partnerships to strengthen the city’s position as a premier destination for sports and culture.

 

Geovanny Berríos received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Hotel & Restaurant Management fromUniversidad del Este (Ana G. Méndez University System) in Puerto Rico.
