In 2000, he served as President of the MSU Alumni Club of Central Florida and contributed to the Florida Citrus Sports Association, supporting events including MSU’s victorious Citrus Bowl appearance and NCAA Men’s Basketball National Championship win.
Today, JB is celebrated for his transformative leadership and technical acumen, with a portfolio that includes leadership roles at leading companies like Wyndham Vacation Ownership, Darden Restaurants, and DR Horton. Licensed as a General Contractor in multiple states and holding a Florida Commercial Roofing license, JB has become a trusted authority in the industry. In 2023, he joined Covenant, a Sanford, FL-based development firm, where he has already driven over $30 million in new revenue by fostering strong client relationships.
JB’s project expertise spans multifamily, hospitality, healthcare, retail, and specialty construction, with notable projects like the Original Citrus Bowl Skybox Suite Expansion. His influence extends internationally, with charitable initiatives in Niger, Brazil, Costa Rica, and Mexico. Known for his management prowess, JB oversaw $80 million annually at Wyndham, expanding his area of responsibility from the Eastern U.S. to the Las Vegas Valley. Recognized as a Wyndham Cornerstone performer, he inspired two Senior Project Managers to earn similar accolades.
Originally from Flint, Michigan, JB moved to Florida after a successful MSU internship, igniting a career that has set new standards in construction.
