Advisory Board Bio – Jeff Justen

Jeff Justen is Vice President & General Manager for Turner Construction’s Orlando business unit. He began his career in 2001 as a project engineer in Turner’s Toledo Business Unit.

In 2005, he relocated to Atlanta and quickly assumed leadership roles as Sr project manager. Jeff joined Turner’s Orlando team in 2013 and was named Vice President & Construction Executive in 2019, serving as the company’s top executive on the Orlando International Airport’s Intermodal Terminal Facility and South Terminal C Landside projects. In his current role as Vice President & General Manager, Jeff leads the Orlando team of 160+ employees across Central Florida, Jacksonville, and the Space Coast.

Jeff received his bachelor’s degree in technology from Bowling Green State University. Active in the community, Jeff is currently a board member with the Rondal McDonald House of Central Florida.
