Joe Ferst is the Executive Vice President and General Manager for the Central Florida region, where he oversees all regional operations and drives growth initiatives throughout the market. In his role, Joe has been pivotal in driving the expansion of Hotwire's presence throughout the Central Florida region, after finding great success in expanding other key Florida Hotwire markets. His strategic approach to market development includes identifying key growth opportunities, forming strategic partnerships, and leveraging innovative technology solutions to meet the evolving needs of both residential and commercial clients. Under Joes leadership, the Central Florida market has seen significant growth. His commitment to excellence has solidified Hotwire's reputation as a leader in fiber-optic services in the region, as showcased by his recognition in Orlando Business Journal's 40 Under 40 Class of 2025.

With more than a decade of business development and high growth experience in the telecom industry, Joe's leadership has been instrumental in expanding Hotwire's network both regionally and beyond. Prior to his current role, Joe served as the Senior Vice President and General Manager for the company's Broward County market. There, Joe oversaw the growth and development of multi-dwelling units and single-family home bulk communities. Hie efforts spanned various verticals including residential, commercial, hospitality, and government sectors.

Earlier in his career, Joe led sales teams throughout Hotwire's South Florida region, maximizing market penetration to guide the acquisition of new properties by showcasing the company's state-of-the-art fiber-optic network. Under his leadership, Hotwire significantly expanded its reach in the region, securing high-profile contracts including municipal agreements with the cities of Miami Beach, Dania Beach, and Aventura. Most notably, Joe facilitated the deployment of a 10-Gigabit symmetrical connection at the Amerant Bank Arena, an 872,000-square-foot sports and entertainment facility and home to the Florida Panthers NHL team, as well as enterprise bandwidth solutions for the Miami Dolphins, South Florida and Florida East Cost Industries (FECI) - MPLS for All Aboard Florida locations.
