As the Owner/Founder and President of Jupiter Properties Group, Khalid Muneer leads one of Central Florida’s premier real estate firms, specializing in residential, commercial, and investment acquisitions. With more than 28 years of experience in real estate, international business, and economic development, he is recognized for his ability to connect investors with high-value opportunities across Florida’s rapidly growing markets.

Throughout his career, Khalid has successfully guided local and international clients through multi million-dollar transactions, leveraging his deep market knowledge, negotiation skills, and global business perspective, having lived and worked in 10 countries around the Globe. His professional background also includes leadership roles in international trade and business development, allowing him to foster partnerships with investors from the U.S., Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East. His cross-cultural expertise has positioned him as a key connector for foreign nationals seeking stable and profitable investment opportunities in Florida.

In addition to his real estate work, Khalid has been actively involved in the central Florida community and economic initiatives throughout Central Florida, collaborating with business organizations and international chambers to support regional growth and global investment.

He has served on the Executive committee /Board of the Orlando economic Development commission / OEP, President of Asian American Chamber of Commerce CFL, Chairman of the Board Enterprise Flagler, and Board Member of the Habor House, International Drive chamber of commerce and Apopka chamber of commerce.

Khalid is graduate of Aston University in Birmingham, UK where he captained the University Field Hockey team and also is a graduate of Leadership Orlando class 97. He also is the co-owner of the cricket team, Florida Sunrisers based in Orlando.
