
Lourdes Mola is the vice president of Latin business development for Seminole Gaming. In her role, Mola leads Latin market growth strategy and execution, overseeing revenue generation, strategic partnerships, multicultural marketing and community engagement initiatives that strengthen brand presence and drive business results.
Mola’s career spans more than 25 years in leadership roles focused on business growth, marketing strategy and corporate citizenship. Prior to joining Seminole Gaming, she served as managing director of advancement and philanthropy for the Latin GRAMMY Cultural Foundation, where she led international fundraising, partnerships and educational programs supporting emerging Latin music creators. She also founded Lourdes Mola Solutions, a strategic consulting firm serving Fortune 100 companies and nonprofits, doubling revenue annually through innovation, partnerships and client retention. Before launching her firm, she spent two decades with The Walt Disney Co., spearheading initiatives in corporate citizenship, minority business development and multicultural marketing.
Throughout her career, Mola has received numerous honors, including Entrepreneur of the Year from the Executive Women’s Council and I4 Business Magazine, and recognition from Orlando Business Journal’s Women Who Mean Business and Orlando Magazine’s Women of the Year. She has also held leadership roles with the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metro Orlando, Orlando Economic Partnership and Central Florida Foundation.
Mola holds a Master of Business Administration from Stetson University and a bachelor’s degree in professional management and marketing from Nova Southeastern University.
