Sarah Ratzlaff is a seasoned senior executive with more than 15 years of leadership experience spanning professional sports, live events, consumer brands, and nonprofit engagement. She has led multimillion-dollar organizations through growth, transformation, and strategic realignment, consistently delivering measurable business results while cultivating strong stakeholder relationships.

Sarah is recognized for her ability to design and implement governance frameworks, oversee complex P&L structures, and mentor high-performing executive teams. Her career includes leadership roles at Disney Sports, USA Today Ventures Endurance, and Skirt Sports, along with her current position as Vice President of Business Operations for the Orlando Valkyries, a professional women’s volleyball franchise.

She is passionate about advancing women in leadership, building inclusive organizations, and strengthening community ties through sports.
