Adam first joined The Walt Disney Company in 2006 and held a variety of roles in Finance and Revenue Planning across Walt Disney World before beginning his current role in 2023. Adam is a recipient of the Walt Disney Legacy Award, which is Disney Experiences’ highest honor and recognizes exceptional individuals within the organization.
Adam developed a passion for the Sports and Water Parks business during his 5+ years leading its finance and business planning functions. He was actively involved in acquiring new sports business, including the Invictus Games and Varsity Cheer. Adam is also on the Board of Directors for Florida Citrus Sports.
The ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, which opened in 1997, is a 220-acre facility that has hosted over 60 different sports including soccer, basketball, volleyball, dance and cheer. runDisney launched its first WDW marathon in 1994 and has grown into one of the largest running organizations in the U.S., including races at both Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort and a virtual series. Disney Water Parks and Mini Golf Courses extend the magic beyond the theme parks and immerse guests in distinctly Disney storytelling, and are some of the most visited in the world.
Adam earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia and holds a Master of Business Administration from Duke University. He is an avid sports fan, married to a wonderful wife who is also a Bulldog, and has two children who love cheering on Orlando sports teams and enjoy playing a variety of youth sports.
