TICKET ORDER INFORMATION
1. Ticket orders must be placed no later than 14 days prior to your arrival in Orlando. Due to the special pricing offered, your tickets will have validity dates that coincide with your travel dates. Due to the special pricing offered, all tickets will have validity and expiration dates which is explained above and printed on each ticket.
2. Universal ticket orders will be delivered via FedEx no later than two days prior to your arrival in Orlando. FedEx tracking information will be emailed to y ou directly from FedEx once your ticket order has shipped. SeaWorld ticket orders will be emailed to you no later than two days prior to your arrival in Orlando. A flat processing fee of $15.00 is applied to all ticket orders.
3. All ticket orders totaling $250.00 and above will require a signature upon delivery. Please consider this when deciding on where to have your tickets delivered.
4. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, international addresses, or hotels. If traveling internationally, please email tickets@centralfloridasports.org to make ticket dropoff arrangements.
5. We only sell the ticket types listed on this website. Universal Express Passes can be purchased through Universal Orlando's website or at the park once you arrive.
6. All tickets sales are final and cannot be refunded or used with any other promotional offer.
